Most patients experience measurable changes, but results vary. ON2 adjusts every protocol to match your biology — and if another option suits you better, we’ll guide you there.
How long does it take to work?
Some feel results quickly; others require several weeks of titration. Every body responds differently — and ON2 monitors you closely throughout.
What are the side effects?
Reviewed during your visit and specific to the medication prescribed for your biology.
Is it safe?
Yes. All ON2 prescriptions are compounded at FDA-registered, highly accredited pharmacies and tested for potency, sterility, and safety.
Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No — these therapies are not approved during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
ON2 is happy to support postpartum wellness afterward.
How much does it cost?
Consultations are complimentary.
Plans vary based on goals, dosing, and treatment type.
Are there subscription fees?
No subscriptions, no automatic refills.
You only pay for medications you and your provider agree on.
Prescription Orders
How do I receive my prescriptions?
Your medications are shipped directly to your door from accredited compounding pharmacies — no trips to the pharmacy.
How do I request refills?
Text your provider or the ON2 team. Our automated system will also remind you when it’s time.
How long does shipping take?
Most medications ship within 7–14 business days, depending on compounding time.
How do I inject my medication?
Your provider will walk you step-by-step during your consultation.
Written and video instructions are also provided.
Labs & Bloodwork
Does every patient need labs?
Not always. Weight optimization, peptides, and hormone therapy typically require labs; hair and sexual wellness usually do not.
Where do I get labs done?
At any LabCorp nationwide.
ON2 sends your order electronically and guides you through scheduling.
Can I use labs from another clinic?
In many cases, yes — as long as required biomarkers are included.
Upload your results to your ON2 Patient Portal for review.

What is the patient portal?
Your secure place to:
Complete paperwork

New patients receive a link via email and text. Current patients log in anytime to update info or view provider instructions.
Why do I need to upload my ID?
Telemedicine law requires identity verification for all virtual medical care.
Payment & Insurance

All major credit/debit cards, plus HSA/FSA.
Do you accept insurance?

How are packages billed?
Monthly, on the 1st of each month, for the duration of the plan.

Are packages auto-billed?
Yes, monthly for the length of the plan. Once the plan ends, billing stops.
Can I cancel mid-plan?
Package terms are fixed for their duration.
Do I receive all medication upfront?
Some packages include all doses upfront; others ship in intervals to preserve shelf life.
How do I get started?
